The disposal of OSU Real Property is very rare. When situations arise that make it beneficial for OSU to dispose of a Real Property asset, we will carefully analyze the situation and coordinate all necessary steps from on campus administrative and legal review to the Chancellor's Office and through the State Board of Higher Education.
