Easements are usually a grant of perpetual access across or under OSU's property. Generally these are for utilities or for access by a landlocked neighbor. Any request for an Easement should be forwarded to Real Property. We will review the request and then will facilitate approval through Facilities Services, draft the easement, arrange for legal sufficiency approval and finally secure the approval of the State Board of Higher Education.
