When OSU rents, leases or licenses real property, a written contract must be executed to document the terms of that lease. Real Property has templates and samples of Lease Agreements which can be modified for use. Please contact us for these templates.
In the cases where the other party has a lease document they wish to use, Real Property will work with Procurement and Contracts Services (PaCS) and the Department to review and negotiate the document to a form acceptable to OSU - and then will sign on behalf of OSU (along with the Departmental representative).
